Medtronic XtraCare
Medtronic has been in the field of medical devices and equipment for a long time. Hospitals around the world face the challenge of failing medical devices and non-centralised repair and maintenance service. With this in mind, Medtronic launched a unified Pan-Medtronic XtraCare service & repairs offering to continuously support hospitals and patients.
BRIEF
Create a short and impactful launch video telling a story of a new XtraCare business unit to show Medtronic APAC employees its commercial & branding prospects. The key message: the new business unit will help to increase customer satisfaction around the world and increase revenue.
RESPONSE
Within a tight two-week deadline, we created a 60-sec animation featuring a cute XtraCare robot character representing new offering, helping to maintain equipment, drive revenue and keep customers happy.

OUTCOME
The launch video was shown to more than 10,000 Medtronic APAC employees during the annual kick-off meeting, and received great feedback and team excitement for the new initiative.
