Helping Visa Build a Repeatable In Conversation Executive Video Format

Brief
Visa wanted to build on its VAS In Conversation format: an executive-led video series designed for internal and external audiences.
For this production, Click2View was tasked with creating two polished episodes that felt consistent with the existing format, while still allowing for different topics, speakers and business focuses. Each episode would feature a different profile.
Topics needed to work as a full-length episode, with short LinkedIn-ready video cutdowns created for social distribution.

RESPONSE
This was a podcast shoot which required a clear, repeatable executive video format that was consistent and useful across channels.
Each episode had to feel like part of the same series, even when the speaker or business focus changed.
The team also had to help senior leaders appear natural on camera, while keeping the shoot efficient and the review process simple.

PROCESS & COLLABORATION
Click2View kept the production lean and structured.
The team retained the familiar room setup, furniture, plants and light blue visual treatment from the existing format.
During the shoot, director support, pre-briefs and real-time feedback helped the speakers stay relaxed, focused and concise.
In post-production, transcripts were shared with the first cuts so the Visa team could review faster and identify strong moments for social video cutdowns more easily.
OUTCOME
Visa received a polished set of executive video assets that could work across channels.
The final package included full-length episodes, and LinkedIn social cuts.
More importantly, the project helped Visa strengthen In Conversation as a repeatable thought leadership video format, turning senior conversations into useful long-form and social content without rebuilding the production approach each time.
